i wanna tell you everything, but its not easy. and i know it will only make things worst. being honest, sometimes isnt the right thing to do. what you dont know doesnt hurt you. right? love is a comfort in times of pain. love is perfection at its best? wrong. love is not perfect. sometimes love means a lot of negative things. but what do they know? what do i know about love? we all are newbies in this thing called love. even our parents or the most romantic couple you can ever find. or even the oldest couple you can ever find. remember that the only perfect thing/being in this world/universe/life is God. well, that’s a different topic all together. anyway back to the discussion. why do people love? its simple. because its innate. even those pessimists. we all know about love. we are made because of it. we are made out of it. its called making love. and if some of us are “accidents”, we were created by God, who is love all together.
why am i writing about this? i just feel like it. love is overrated. we all know that. but who cares if its overrated? you can go to any part of the world and still understand each other through the means of love. because love is universal. its shared.
my own definition of love, i believe is this: love hurts and love is blind. but despite of that. love accepts all things, and gives without asking anything in return.
well. we all have our own definition of love. the most common of it all is found in the bible, the most popular and best seller book of all times, it doesnt go out of style and its one of the oldest book there is. translated in different languages around the world, read by many. ok, here it goes straight from the bible:
1st Corinthians chapter 13 verses 4-7:
love is patient, love is kind, it is not jealous, [love] is not pompous,it is not inflated, it is not rude, it does not seek its own interests, it is not quick-tempered, it does not brood over injury, it does not rejoice over wrongdoing but rejoices with the truth. it bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
well that verse says it all about love, but if you want to know more about love and life, read the whole book of corinthians in the bible. by the way my parents’ favorite verse in the bible is 1st Corinthians chapter 13 verse 13, i believe that’s where they got our names (my siblings. together we are faith, hope and love).
anyway, so why am i talking about love? i believe we all have our own stories about love, whether it be from an NBSB/NGSB (no boyfriend/girlfriend since birth) or from someone who has fallen in and out of love a thousand times, it doesnt matter. what matters is that we love. we share that eternal feeling that is universally accepted, i guess😛 hahaha..now that was funny because i wasnt sure of what i was saying..well that’s part of love i guess, not being sure of what you feel and still taking risks. love is bravery?
love is all things because love is in everything. dare to oppose? we all know this. and this is just my point of view
